The Epic Community Impact Fund proposes a bold new approach: empower local residents to transform their own neighborhoods, creating sustainable, high-quality affordable housing and building lasting wealth for themselves and their communities. Through targeted training, flexible funding, and hand-on mentorship, the Epic Community Developer Impact Initiative will turn empty lots and abandoned buildings into vibrant, thriving homes, all owned and operated by the people who live there.
