Epic Community Impact Fund
The Epic Community Impact Fund, LLC, an affiliate of Epic Partners, is a certified Community Development Entity (CDE) with the U.S. Department of Treasury‘s Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) Fund that provides debt and/or equity investments for real estate projects development located in low-to-moderate income communities throughout Southeast and Midwest regions. We have significant knowledge and experience relating to real estate private equity investment, commercial lending, community development, and asset management.
The founders of Epic Partners trace their Atlanta real estate roots back to 1935. First with residential and later with commercial, retail and industrial investments they have most often been successful. Currently, we operate a diverse portfolio throughout the greater metropolitan Atlanta area.
